This is the Nice (and Naughty) Book

This is a illustrated humor book, comparing two sentences, in word pun style. "Bean is nice... Pea is naughty!" {Pea representing, the sound of the word pee}. Every 4th comparison is accompanies by a illustration, some of which feature female nudity. It was created by Ad Land Productions, Inc., and is similar in art and theme to their earlier book "The Washroom Wise - Staying Kit". It was originally $1.00 in price.
