Litigation and advocacy tool

This tool is intended to guide litigation and advocacy aimed at ending harmful practices In Africa. The manual is focused on two harmful practices in particular: child marriages and female genital mutilation (FGM), both of which are practices extensively in Africa and which have especially harmful and long term effects. The manual is focused on child marriage and FGM in West and Southern Africa although our hope is that it will also be used to inform advocacy and litigation aimed at ending other harmful practices in countries outside of West and Southern Africa.
