Projects Based on Bond Issue and Net Normal Income (New Jersey State Highway Department, 1948)

"In accordance with the request from Governor Driscoll, this Division has prepared a list of projects which could be undertaken and completed by the State Highway Department if the funds of a $150,000,000 bond issue, in addition to the normal revenues for the next six years, were put at the disposal of the Department. This total is estimated at $300,300,000."
