The basic principles of the Nigerian business law

It is a concise discussion of the basics in the Nigerian Business Law, which was written at that time I was lecturing @ a Federal Polytechnic in Nigeria, with business, banking, insurance and finance students in mind but which has great values for law students and lawyers as well. Now haven gained more than more than ten (10) years experience in the teaching of the subjects in these areas @ the University level it is apparent that the book is due for a review to make it more comprehensive and up to date. Work will soon begin in that respect.
