Airline girl

The fascinating story of young Caddy Palmer who comes to Washington from a small town to take a job as "grease monkey" in the publicity department of a great airline. The "grease monkey" is at everyone's call, to do errands and odd jobs no one else has time for. However, for a youngster with imagination and ambition, nothing could be better; and to make Caddy's life even more interesting, the company has a contract with the Army's Air Transport Command, under which they operate planes to many parts of the world. In this way, Caddy sees both sides of the airline picture, civilian and military, and is associated with the company's war activities.
