Model Cars (Usborne Model Guides)

This book was published in 1981, and makes an interesting introduction to model cars for the younger reader. In 31 (large-sized) pages, the book covers models cars (collecting, making and displaying), slot-cars and slotless cars, and radio-control cars (how they work and how to race them). Along the way there is a short, but concise text and a horde of brightly colored pictures.
