An interesting & useful introduction to the world of home brewing. Plenty of background coverage given to the various components req'd; ie, hops, malt, grains etc etc. The book also caters for the novice brewer with some basic recipes plus recipes for the more adventurous. My copy has been used that often & is that old that it's pretty much falling apart but is still a good read & guide.
