Study on the scandal of Petrocaribe, an aid program Venezuela offered to several Caribbean states but whose funding is suspected of being misappropriated in Haiti. In February and June 2019 citizens took to the streets of Port-au-Prince to protest this corruption. The civil unrest lasted for many weeks each time.
