About This Book

Still relevant, this book is for any expectant mother who is fearful about giving birth, particularly if she has geeky tendencies! It's a little old-fashioned but I haven't seen anything better for warm factual and encouraging stories. The real gold for me was the part about the different muscle groupings in the uterus, the voluntary and involuntary ones and how they can either work together or against each other.
