The book gives an introduction to all the catholic eastern Churches. The first chapter discusses the Eastern-ness of Christianity. The second chapter the notion of unity, diversity and communion. In the third chapter the author affirms that knowing the Eastern churches is an experience of faith. the fourth chapter discusses the notion of church and rite in the east and west. Chapter five discusses the catholic eastern churches under: patriarchal, Major Archiepiscopal, Metropolitan and Other sui iuris churches categories. Chapter six exposes the Rhetoric of Pre-Vatican Popes on the rights of Eastern Churches. Chapter seven explains the origin and spread of the three Catholic Churches in India. The eighth chapter exposes the unjust Indian Ecclesial reality perpetuated by the Roman Church. There are three appendices that list the various churches in the world and in India that are not in communion with Rome.
