National foundry (to accompany bill H.R. No. 628)
the Committee on Military Affairs have had under consideration the letter of the Secretary of War to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, of the 10th of February last, referred to them, together with the report from Brigadier General Wool and Lieutenant Colonel Talcott, therewith transmitted, furnishing certain information called for by a resolution of the House of the 3rd of March, 1835, respecting the establishment of a national foundry in the District of Columbia.
