Prisoner of the Harem

Amid the glittering social life of Naples in 1793, Felicity is alarmed when she hears that her heiress cousin, Rosanna, plans to elope with a disreputable artist. But this anxiety is eclipsed when the plans go wrong and both girls find themselves on board a corsair ship, abducted by Barbary pirates who aim to sell them to the Dey of Algiers. Imprisoned in the sinister luxury of the harem, they hope desperately for rescue or ransom. One person who might help them is the handsome soldier Andre de Reudon - but is he a true friend or the most dishonourable of villains?
