Mr Shyam Sunder was a legislator to Andhra Pradesh and Mysore State Assembly.He was a revolutionary leader of India. Infact, he was a part of Nizam of Hyderabad delegate to United Nation. It was here he met Mr.Chau-en-leih and Mr Ho-chi Meinh at Paris in they year 1948.He was basically a socialist leader. After the China's attack on India he wrote this book and proved that nations interest is first and ideology comes next, this book is the result of his patriotism.
