Despite a lot of literature proffering many different reasons for this phenomenon, the development gap keeps widening to the disadvantage of the black race. This book attempts to look at, and discuss other reasons which are not so widely accepted as the causes of our under-development, and goes on to offer possible solutions for addressing them.
