About This Book

**What if being open and honest leads to being falsely accused?**

When circumstances force me to stay overnight at a research compound exploring psychic healing, I worry about missing my first day in college. On the good side, I think that my high school science background could make my experimental role as "meditator" sort of fun.

But then at night I discover the stabbed, dead body of my friend. It is awful. I think that being a good girl and giving truthful answers to the deputies will help me, but instead I become the number one suspect.

I need to solve the murder myself. To do it, I need the help of my sister meditators. Though we are united in being against the homophobia around us, we have a difference of opinion that threatens our own unity. The sheriff is certain to make an arrest for the sake of his public image, and if I can't hand him the real murderer, I won’t be spending my upcoming years in a dorm, but in a prison.
