One of Sweden's most important choreogographers explores the intersection between choreography, body, photography art and science. 'Explore Me' is an art work in three parts: a book, an exhibition and a performance. The book has stunning dance photography and contains an appendix with an essay and art work by Per Wizén and details from Caravaggio's anatomical studies. Essential to Jeanette Langert's work id the exploration of body, gender, sexuality, power and the relationship between them, begins Cecilia Malmström Olsson's essay that centers around the body. The images weave an ultrathin web of nerves, allowing consciousness and feeling to meld together as the capabilities and limitations of the human body are challenged.
