About This Book
The Menoadito Pop is a multifaceted project that, since 2012, has served as a platform to promote 320 creative ventures and 68 artists. It is a matrix that has given birth to multidisciplinary contents, relying on design. It is a laboratory of experimentation that proposes a constant innovation, and a refuge that houses a community and welcomes diverse identities and imaginaries. It is a self-managed ceremony space whose intention is to honor and value the creative economy in Bolivia. This book offers a contemporary design proposal that dialogues with local aesthetics, with the intention of abstracting the essence of Mercadito Pop as a space, an experience and a language, which carries at its center the creative spirit of the entrepreneur, honoring our sensory and artisanal culture. The graphic design of the book was in charge of Eloísa Paz, Rebeca Paz and Amanda Luque. In it you can see special finishes, artistic and design elements printed in silkscreen with water inks, such as the covers the book, a bookmark stamps illustrated by Martes de Challa, a folded poster illustrated by Leo Pantoja and finally, a paper pop-up art with 3D assemblage by Marion Macedo.
