We have included in this collection, in addition to that for the Public Civil Action Law (Law 7.347/85) and the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90), studies of popular action, the collective writ of mandamus, the defendant class action, prescription and decay in the protection of trans rights and the proposed resolution of an incident of repeated demands.
