OSCE handbook of best practices on conventional ammunition

Developed by the Forum for Security Co-operation to serve as a guide for national policy-making by the OSCE participating States. The handbook represents a compilation of the currently available "best practice" guides of techniques and procedures for the destruction of conventional ammunition, explosive material and detonation devices and the management and control of stockpiles of ammunition.
