A intelligentsia educacional

This book discuss the version of Brazilian historiography that changed the view of the group of educators named "Pioneiros da Escola Nova". This group has been known as "education pioneers" because of its importance in the democratization of primary education at the beginning of the XX century. In the decade of 1980 the new version of historiography change completely this version qualifying them as elitist. The author using Paschoal lemme memories put in question the 1980 version.
