City of missing girls

James Horton is blackmailed when he prosecutes the case of disappearing showgirls who become victims of a prostitution ring for racketeer King Peterson. It's up to newspaper reporter Nora Page, who has been following the case, to go undercover and expose the "drama school" front that provides girls for the ring.
