Annual time series statistics for the United States, 1929-1968

This study is a forty-year time series of social, economic, and political indicators. The variables include data on expenditures from the federal budget by various departments, agencies, and commissions, measures of the political characteristics of the United States Congress, business and consumer expenditures, and attributes of the population.
