The lower two-thirds of the front cover is a black and white illustration of the exterior of a house. The roof is tinged red in this picture. The back cover has the continuation of the illustration from the front, as well as two inserts, detailing the exterior and interior of the house. The front and back covers have come completely free of the stapled pages, but are holding together with the fabric of the spine. The first page is also free of the binding.
