Provides access to digitized historical, manuscript, and image resources selected from Harvard's library and museum collections. Published materials, maps, and photographs, as well as field notes, letters, and a unique range of manuscript materials on selected expeditions between 1626 and 1953 are included. These full-text resources are publicly available via the World Wide Web and are fully searchable. Materials are supplemented by explanatory pages on expeditions and on notable people.
