La documentación histórica en la arquitectura

The hacienda of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios de Nexapa (locally know as the Hacienda de Pacho Nuevo) is one of the best conserved colonial architectural complexes of the state of Veracruz in Mexico. Architect Jimenez considers the hacienda's chapel as an historic document to be studied and interpreted. The present is an architectural-historic reconstruction of the diverse construction phases of the chapel with detailed studies on its architecture (plans, elevations and sections), design, symbology and location of decorative elements, construction and transformations suffered over the years.
