North Dakota strategic planning community assessment

"The key objectives of this study were to gather information about priorities and planning activities regarding four main strategic planning topics: Community Development, Economic Development, Natural Resources, and Emergency Management, as well as information about strategic planning barriers. The survey was mailed out in April 2007 to 151 communities [of 2,500 people or less] in all 53 counties of North Dakota. A total of 113 communities responded, with 52 of the 53 counties represented by at least one community."--Executive summary.
