Telefonías

Catalogue of an exhibition held at the Espacio de Fundación Telefónica. Sardón is interested in communications systems, and in this work, he harnessed the signals flowing into and out of the commercial telephone center housed inside the same building as the Espacio, and then used those real-time signals and data as the basis for several mechanical and interactive works. The catalogue includes essays by leading curators and critics, a biography of the artist, color illustrations, and English translations of all texts.
