Puerto Rico y la sequía de 1847

This study intends to link the ecological history of Puerto Rico to global phenomena, a connection that historians have sometimes overlooked and that has increasingly become more necessary. Greater awareness of the precariousness of existing ecological balances can encourage efforts to be more responsible for the environment.
