Very readable account of life in England - a stroll down memory lane - by the author (now deceased) from just after the First World War onwards. Jack Ridley became well-known as a winner in the 1934 and 1935 Monte Carlo Rally - here is a link to a poster of Mr Ridley next to his Triumph Gloria motor car in which he won.
