Parkhill/Fox Hills, a case study

Parkhill/Fox Hills is comprised of six federally-subsidized housing projects on Staten Island, New York, with 1,200 units built in the late 1960s and early 1970s. This case study recommends improvements in management performance, maintenance systems, procedures and physical improvements to the buildings and grounds.
