Mes amis et autres ennemis

Its title in English would be "My friends and other enemies" and it is a collection of short stories written by Gemma Salem which are portraits of people who were important in her life: and it is a self-portrait in the mirror. Some of her friends are very famous, as for example Farah Diba with whom she was at school in Tehran, or Lawrence Durrell who was her neighbor in the South of France during the last twelve years of his life. This book is full of humor.
