About This Book

This insightful book should be in every Supervisors toolkit. Based on a series of case studies, the Author documents techniques to apply to undesirable behavioral situations. The Authors writing style is clinical in tone, and the book is not based upon antidotes or humor. Rather straightforward advice with real suggestions for experienced or inexperienced leadership trying to influence problematic employees to change their behavior. This book has been in my toolkit since 1985, and its content is still relevant in 2014.
