About This Book
School spirit is the theme of the articles in this issue. The new students are encouraged to engage in their education and to participate in extracurricular activities. Agricultural articles address the use of cottonseed meal for livestock, supplying quality milk to cities, pest control of San Jose Scale, and the new horticultural experimental station at Vineland, Ontario. Campus news reports on the changes on campus, the new faculty, and available athletic activities. The Macdonald Institute articles pertain to the Y. W. C. A. conference and reminiscence of an alumnus from the class of 1903-1904. Alumni news is available in the Our Old Boys column. This issue highlights the Class of 1908 with a biography of each student and a class photograph.
