Studmuffin

Alice, thirty-two years old and an ex-teacher, slips through the "Looking Glass" hand in hand with an albino accountant. Together they must piut their wits against the sinister Powell, who is a cross between a nineties Mad Hatter and a malignant Wizard of Oz. Set in contemporary Auckland and on an island beyond human longing, this confronts the twin dangers of words and silence.
