10-year plan for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority

Summary: This report lays out in detail, the conclusion of an exhaustive, 2 1/2-year study of the Illinois Tollway System's infrastructure, operations and use. The 10-Year Plan represents a balance between the most effective use of currently available revenues and the identification of necessary future improvements. The plan is comprised of two distinct parts: first, the Tollway Authority's current Multi-Year Program for 2001-2005, and second, planned necessary improvements for 2005-2010.
