This new edition reflects the revised rules for implementation of Bulgaria's Public Procurement Act, which were promulgated in the State Gazette No. 102 of December 31, 2019. The book includes the Public Procurement Act, the rules for its implementation, and the schedule of charges for claims against public procurement decisions which can be lodged with the Commission for Protection of Competition or the Supreme Administrative Court, applicable from April 15, 2016. It also includes the Management of Resources from the European Structural and Investment Funds Act, and reference information about EU public procurement regulations. The compilation is annotated.
