Maio fotografia no MIS 2016

Maio Fotografia is an annual exhibition organized by MIS dedicated solely to photography. The 2016 event presented four exhibitions: Parrtificialʺ, by Martin Parr (b. Britain), the largest ever held in South America; No meio do rio, entre as árvores A Amazôniaʺ by Jorge Bodanzky featuring the photographic and cinematic production of Bodanzky, developed in the Amazon region; Primeiras Missõesʺ, exhibition of a selection of the main collection of the Museum that rescues the memory of region of Vale do Ribeira, and of MIS, presenting a selection of photographs that explore the main themes of the site; and Vertentes: Espaço de dentroʺ, by André Conti, one of the two selected artists of the program MIS Nova Fotografia.
