Two friends, Olo and Franz, secret police agents from the former saystem, are trying to find their place in the changing political scene in Poland. Olo receives an offer to join a gang involved in the amphetamine trade. Franz becomes an officer for a criminal unit within the police force. Despite their differences, they continue to be friends. They use Olo's contacts to break up the drug ring.
