The Anchors Official Handbook

Paperback booklet held together with two staples along the left fold. The covers are a textured light blue color. The back cover is blank. The front cover has the name "The Anchors" and "Official Hand Book" printed in dark blue ink. In the center of the front cover, between the two lines of print, is a ship's anchor with a section of rope tied to it. The covers have a few visible stains. Inside, the pages are white with black type, in rather small font. This hand book is for "The Anchors,"a group of chaperones that assist the Regatta Queen and Court during the Astoria Regatta.
