"The scale and the origin" is an exploration in the little known history of design in Mexico, documented solidly in catalogs, photographs, plans and sketches from the author; a reading that reviews in detail some practical solutions of furniture that found six exponents of Mexican architecture and opens ways for its study. This book investigates and analyzes 18 pieces of furniture designed by six fundamental architects of the 20th century.
