Iraq's post-conflict reconstruction

Report assesses conditions in Iraq, and identifies seven areas needing immediate attention. The team, consisted of Dr. John Hamre, President of CSIS, and four other experts, traveled to Iraq at the request of Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld and Ambassador L. Paul Bremer. The site includes photos of Iraq taken during the mission.
