Report of the Institutions Task Force whose mission was to review and assess the operation of the four state mental health institutions (at Cherokee, Independence, Clarinda, and Mount Pleasant) and the two state hospital-schools (at Glenwood and Woodward) in light of continuing population declines, increasing per diem costs and changes occurring in the state's service delivery system.
