Migración, remesas y actividad económica en las relaciones bilaterales México-Estados Unidos

Observations on relationship between Mexican immigration and Mexican economy, particularly with regard to dependence on US. Authors document preponderant impact of wage remittances from Mexican workers in US and their effect on economic growth, jobs, entrepreneurship and innovation in Mexico. They also point to new trends in trade, migration and remittances to Mexico from countries of Asian and Middle Eastern regions, in context of increasing protectionism and nationalism in US.
