Paperback booklet with red covers that appear to have a wood grain. The booklet is kept inside a plastic report cover with a red spine. The actual book has a light red taped spine with three staples holding the pages underneath. The front cover has an illustration of a house in color in the center: Design 1217-D on p. 17. The name "Ellis Tiger Co.," their products, and contact information is written in black ink at the bottom of the front cover. The top margin of the front cover appears to have light exposure damage because it has a yellow discoloration. The back cover is blank except for the wood grain appearance.
