Haute cuisine

Haute Cuisine was realized ultimately to showcase legendary cooking of the past 40 years. There is no 1950s franchise food here, rather you'll find the care, thought, planning and talent that culminate in a cuisine specific to a place, a time and a people. Along with that cuisine, AIDS Project of the Ozarks has chosen very deliberately to illustrate Haute Cuisine with art of the very highest caliber, including a cover by renowned artist Brad Noble.
