This document contains Alaska Department of Fish and Game staff comments on subsistence, personal use, sport, and commercial finfish regulatory proposals for the Arctic-Yukon-Kuskokwim area. These comments were prepared by the department for use at the Alaska Board of Fisheries meeting, January 26-31, 2010 in Fairbanks, Alaska to assist the public and board. The stated staff comments should be considered preliminary and subject to change, if or when, new information becomes available. Final department positions will be formulated after review of written and oral testimony presented to the board.
