To remember Robert Louis Stevenson

Looks to be an invitation for donations to erect a monument to Robert Louis Stevenson. The monument was built and still stands in Portsmouth Plaza in Chinatown, San Francisco, California. Here's A link with a photo and further description

The invitation mentions a water fountain but there is no longer a functioning water feature on the monument. In my opinion the monument is the best in San Francisco.
