Tungus rebellion movement triggered by humiliation and despotism towards native population conveyed by Kamchatka and Ochotsk local powers. Brutal terror and evildoings of GPU, tortures and shoot executions led to the revolt. Author looked into the role of Tungus Rebellion in the results of struggle of Yakut local power for obtaining access into the Ochotsk sea through Ayanskiy road.
