This book traces the beginning of the 20th century outpouring of the Holy Spirit in America as it traveled from Topeka, KS to Bangor, ME. Read the stories of Maine people and Maine places as they relate to the Pentecostal movement. Included in the book is the history of Glad Tidings Church that was established in Bangor in 1923 by Misses Carro and Susie Davis and Rev. Clifford A. Crabtree. The book contains 35 interviews that were conducted by Patricia P. Pickard, mostly involving saints that were born before 1920 and who have memories of early Pentecost in Maine and New Brunswick, including Aimee Semple McPherson's revival in Washburn, Maine. .
