Country Cakes

Country Cakes is a classic and best-selling cookbook and a treasured collection of tested cake and cookie recipes. I am the author of the cookbook. There are over 300 recipes in the cookbook that include layer cakes with frostings, glazes and icings. You will find Angel Food cake recipes, cheesecakes, coffee cakes, fruit cakes, wonderful pound cakes, refrigerator cakes and desserts, and a chapter on cookies. All of the recipes with the exception of the cookies may also be found in my cookbook, Everyday Cakes. I added around 40 new cake recipes to this publication.
